When the mobile app that the Binghamton Philharmonic had did not meet their needs, we stepped in. Key concerns were that it was difficult for less tech-savvy audience members to navigate and did not reflect the true personality of their brand at all, so they came to us.
Beginning with a brand identity analysis, and a high level analysis of audience and objectives, we partnered with them to strategically design a user experience that is easy to navigate, easy to understand, and truly reflects their mission of “bringing community together through live music.” Everything about the app experience from the navigation, to the terminology (such as “BPO Family”), to the layout, to the educational features is designed with the diversity of their audience base (young professionals to more established patrons) in mind.
We also strategized with them specific ways to encourage audience engagement with app before, during, and after the concert as well as in the off season.
Our technology partners, Global Cloud Solutions, are now building out the back end.
