We had talked internally about our need for a rebrand for a long time, and after making a few attempts on our own, working with Rachel is what truly got our brand in motion. With eleven offices across the country, some of which were still wearing the brand of the company acquired, Employment Solutions knew they had been sending mixed messages, and came to us for a brand audit and full overhaul. They had emotional attachment to the existing logo and felt that it had enough brand recognition that they didn’t want to change that. Could we still help them rebrand? Absolutely.
Walking through every possible touch point for their customers (both job seekers and employers) and potential customers, we dove in to give them a sleek, professional, fully updated brand. In addition to appearance, it also needed to be functional, so managers and team members at each of the offices could use and “customize” certain items without compromising the integrity of their brand. We accomplished this by creating a full suite of editable branded Canva templates. These templates included sales collateral, business cards, social media templates, and even video.
We also updated their content strategy, enewsletter, apparel, in-office brand experience strategy, tradeshow booth experience, and more.
